Three locations, two keyboards, one venue

On Saturday, I went back to the Chateau de St Paul in Boudy de Beauregard (which isn’t far from where I live). It was a ceremony, then cocktails, then dance party wedding and I tried out the panorama setting on the device I use. I think I’ll make a habit of this. It looks great.

Here’s the chapel

Oliver also played – on the baby grand – during the service (an excellent arrangement of Clair de lune).

Here’s the cocktail party

No panorama here… Next time, next time.

And here’s the dance floor

I must say, this was one of my favourite ever venues. It feels wonderful and the owner, Karine, could not be more lovely. The food was also excellent – and the love for the couple, from friends and family, was palpable.

Very much looking forward to playing here again.
